Your first visit to Optimal Health Chiropractic establishes a vital foundation for our relationship with you. During the first visit, we make sure to obtain important background information, like your medical history, and give you time to get to know your doctor. You can save some time at your first visit by printing out and completing the new patient forms in advance of your appointment.

Types of Payment Accepted

If you do not have insurance coverage which includes Chiropractic care ... or your percentage of responsibility is more than you can afford, (i.e., deductibles) we will be happy to assist you with your financial obligations. Our primary concern is in being able to treat and schedule you as required without creating financial burdens.
