Norma De Jesus, LMT, NCTMB
My massage therapy training (completed in 2006) consisted of over 750 hours from High-Tech Institute in Memphis, Tennessee. Upon graduation, I received several awards including a recognition for outstanding service during the time in the clinic/practice. Currently I am certified and licensed to practice Massage Therapy in the state of Tennessee. I am a professional member of the American Massage Therapy Association (AMTA). In addition to that I am certified by the National Certification Board for Therapeutic Massage and Bodywork.

I have been a resident of Memphis for twenty-five years and enjoy being a part of the city. I am the office manager for Optimal Health Chiropractic.
I have a strong background in customer service and am dedicated to giving our patients the best experience possible. I am very excited to be part of the team at Optimal Health Chiropractic and look forward to sharing my experience here with all our new and existing patients.
Friendly staff with results
I have been to several chiropractors in the area. I find they are either in so high demand that you can't get an appointment when it's convenient or they are completely concerned about money and milk you for all they can. I can say that neither are the case at Optimal Health. The staff is friendly and genuinely concerned with what's best for you. I have been seeing Dr. Tucker for a year and my quality of life has greatly improved. I suffer from a double S-curve scoliosis. Medicine, special exercise, physical therapy have yielded little relief. I sleep better, walk better, and have much less pain. Moreover, Dr. Tucker only prescribes what is needed, no more, no less and I can get in and out when I need to. If you're looking for a good chiropractor, availability, a welcoming staff in a convenient location, I strongly recommend Optimal Health.
